Grand Beach Hotel - Miami Beach

Awesome place with its outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and beach access. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my suitcases, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Brilliant and amazing location in Miami Beach, near to the ocean and Miami Beach, all the tourist destinations and further and a tropical Island. Affordable food in the restaurants such as Shula's Steakhouse, located 5 min away. Terrific unit with sofa included: D

It was perfect place for traveling to Miami Beach, I was glad to stay there.

The beach access was amazing, and I loved the pool area, despite the trees blocking some sun. the service at the restaurant was disappointing as my order was mixed up. The room was comfortable, but it felt a bit outdated compared to the photos online. I would probably choose another place next time.

Very nice hotel,large room,2 big tv,2 toilets..good bed,very easy for 4 peoples.the staff very nice,young and smilly.speaking english & spanish.the private beach nice,the serenity pool.the room service & food not too expensive. A very good expresso bar with" croissants" and fresh orange juice,not to expensive good value in total very nice stay

The two swimming pool near the beach , too much noisy and a lot of chlore! (Because a lot of small childrens) that we have to pay extra umbrella 10$ and sun bed 10$ each on private beach..but you can take towels(free) to swimming pool and just take one umbrella..it's very very hot around 1pm!! To go to miami beach by taxi around 12/15$.for 4 peoples it was good.the bus around 2$.it was ok!

Waking up to panoramic views of the ocean and intercoastal bay was like stepping into a postcard. Plus, the heated pools and friendly staff turned each day into a good adventure 🏖️🌊

There is no nearby alternative to hotel offerings.

Thank you for the perfectly pleasant stay in a very long time. Brand-new and well-stocked rooms, incredible views of the ocean and canal on the other side. The staff are professional, and there is a beautiful lobby to relax in.

Eating at the restaurant was a treat, especially the delicious breakfast options that fueled our day trips around Miami.

My kids wished for more family activities to keep them entertained on-site.

Not much except location

Did not at first get the room I booked, - had to argue a lot to get a suite as booked and they claimed that the description from bboking.com was wrong… 5 busses of 15 year old girls checked in to the hotel the day after I arrived. They created havoc and were not at all restrained by hotel staff. One was not able to get through the lobby at first. Fire alarm was evidently set off by one of the girls and the lifts were out of order for almost the whole next morning. Hotel staff was not willing to state that this was the problem, but tried to sugarcoat it... I had to walk down from the 12th floor twice. No information about anything in the room... not even what to do in case of emergency.

Here is my star system :) +1 for being on a beautiful beach. +1 for having luxurious rooms and a lovely property. +1 for having free wifi throughout. +1 for having a decent workout facility. +1 for having a few decent and non-ripoff food options on the room-service menu (room-service was all we did) +1 for having a coffee-maker and fridge in the room

- 1 for the location -- near to nothing -- no stores, no restaurants. - 1 for having to pay extra for umbrellas and chairs -- just include it in the price already, or at the VERY least, do not make 6pm the limit for their use! -1 for having no vending machines or reasonable snack options anywhere. $3++ for a granola bar from the gift shop - seriously? So ... 3 stars overall! I came with my mom to just relax and enjoy the comfort of our room and the beach. So for two days this was perfect, but I'd be unlikely to stay longer.
